Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders. There are different types of anxiety disorders, but the common symptoms are excessive worry, excessive nervousness, fear of losing control, and avoidance. Occasional anxiety is also a part of people’s life. Someone with an anxiety disorder has a difficult time with the anxiety going away and it interferes with every aspect of their lives.
There are many apps now that use behavioral exercises and relaxation techniques to help with anxious thoughts and feelings. The apps work in different ways to help reduce anxiety symptoms. If you have been diagnosed with anxiety or suffer from anxiety symptoms, here are three apps that can help. Two have a monthly fee, but one of the apps is free.
